This website
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic request details (browser, page requested, time) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We don't store this ourselves.
- Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn't use cookies or build a profile of you.
- Fonts: page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit.
- Server stats: the live panel on the homepage shows totals about our server (online status, player counts, uptime) provided by SrvDex. It doesn't show who is online.
The TeamSpeak server
When you connect to , the TeamSpeak server software records the information it needs to run and to moderate:
- your nickname, TeamSpeak unique identity and IP address,
- when you connected, and which channels and server groups you've been in,
- server logs of kicks, bans, warnings and other moderation actions.
This is used to run the server, enforce the Rules of Engagement and handle bans and appeals. Only server admins can see it, and it isn't shared outside Taccor Gaming unless the law requires it.
Our history pages
The match archive and history on this site come from our own records from 2014 to 2017. They include squad names, opponent clan names and the gamer tags and first names of our founding directors. If you're named and would rather not be, let us know and we'll remove it.
Member accounts from the old Taccor Gaming website were not carried over to this site.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email and we'll get back to you.
If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Regulator.
